Senior Engineer for a major infrastructure development in
Bridgwater, Somerset .
This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-profile project and take responsibility for managing a team of three Engineers while overseeing substantial external works packages.
The Role Reporting to the Project Manager, you will lead a team of Engineers and coordinate the delivery of multiple work fronts across the project.

Responsibilities
- Managing and mentoring a team of three Engineers
- Coordinating setting out and engineering activities
- Reviewing drawings and technical information
- Ensuring quality assurance standards are maintained
- Managing subcontractors and maintaining accurate records
- Producing and reviewing engineering documentation
- Liaising with site management and client representatives
- Driving programme, quality and health & safety performance
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Engineer within civil engineering or groundworks
- Strong background delivering roads, infrastructure and external works
- Experience xiskglj managing and developing engineering teams
- Excellent QA and technical knowledge
- CSCS Card essential
- Strong communication and organisational skills
