Contract: 48 hours per week JLH are recruiting Chef de Parties to join the brigade at a prestigious 3 AA Rosette, luxury hotel.

This is an excellent opportunity to work within a stable, well-organised kitchen producing food to an exceptional standard across a variety of outlets.

You'll be led by an experienced Head Chef and supported by an established Sous Chef.

These vacancies have arisen through natural career progression, making this a great time to join an ambitious and supportive team.

The Role You'll work across a range of food operations, including: 3 AA Rosette restaurant Afternoon tea Banqueting and events for up to 30 guests This is a hands-on role where you'll have the opportunity to further develop your skills in a quality-driven environment while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
