James Lake Hospitality Ltd is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead the F&B operation. In this hotel, there are half a dozen large outlets serving customers throughout the day. This senior role, reporting to the General Manager, is ideal for a hands-on leader who can deliver quality, consistency, and exceptional guest experiences at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee high volume food and beverage operations efficiently
  • Lead, train, and motivate large FOH and BOH teams
  • Maintain food safety, hygiene, and licensing compliance
  • Monitor budgets, labour costs, and GP targets
  • Resolve operational issues quickly and professionally
  • Drive sales and customer service
