We are currently recruiting for a talented and passionate Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team at a lovely hotel in Chepstow.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a chef who loves working with fresh ingredients, takes pride in producing quality dishes and wants to be part of a professional and friendly kitchen brigade.

The Role:
Take responsibility for running your own section.

Prepare and cook dishes to a consistently high standard.

Work closely with the Head Chef and wider kitchen team.

Maintain excellent food hygiene and kitchen standards.

Assist with menu development and daily specials.

Ensure consistency, quality and presentation across all dishes.

The Ideal Candidate:
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or a strong Demi Chef ready to step up.

Passionate about fresh food and quality cooking.

Reliable, organised and able to work well under pressure.

A positive team player with a strong work ethic.

Someone who takes pride in their work and has a genuine passion for hospitality.
