Prepare and deliver high-quality dishes to a consistent standard. Maintain excellent food hygiene and kitchen standards. Work closely with the Head Chef and wider kitchen brigade. Assist with menu development and seasonal specials. Help support and develop junior members of the team. What we're looking for Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or a strong Demi Chef ready to take the next step. A genuine passion for food and cooking.
