We are recruiting for an experienced CNC Miller to join a secure and growing precision engineering company operating from a modern, well-invested manufacturing facility. Due to continued expansion and increasing demand, the business is looking to strengthen its machining team with a permanent addition. This is an excellent long-term opportunity offering stability, progression, training, and strong earning potential through regular overtime.
The company manufactures its own engineered product range using advanced CNC milling technology and high-spec machinery. Candidates with strong 3 or 4 Axis milling experience are encouraged to apply, as full 5 Axis training can be provided for the right person.
The Role- Setting and operating CNC milling machines
- Working with Fanuc, Heidenhain, Mazak and similar controls
- Running established programs and making offset adjustments
- Tool setting and producing first-off components for approval
- Conducting first-off inspection using engineering drawings
- Completing quality and inspection documentation
- Monitoring production output and maintaining quality standards
- Proven experience setting and operating CNC milling machines
