- Circa £42,000-£45,000 / £21-£23 per hour (Depending on shift)
- Flexibilty wiht hours and days of work- 4 day week, permenant 6am-2pm shift OR Permanent Day shift
We are looking to recruit an experienced CNC Mill-Turn Setter/Operator.
This is a great opportunity to join an established precision engineering manufacturer with a longstanding reputation for producing high-quality engineered components.
There is flexibility around the working pattern, with the opportunity to discuss either 4 day week, permenant 6am-2pm shift OR Permanent Day shift
- CNC Setter Operator The Role
- Set and operate CNC Mill-Turn machinery.
- Work with FANUC controls.
- Manufacture precision components to engineering drawings and tight tolerances.
- Set and prove out new jobs and edit programmes where required.
- Work predominantly on established repeat production alongside new components.
- Maintain high standards of quality, accuracy and productivity.
- Edit/ Programme parts when required of if neccesary (programming knowledge is advantageous not essential)
- CNC Setter Operator What We’re Looking For
- Previous CNC Mill-Turn experience is essential.
- Strong setting and operating experience.
- CNC programming experience advantageous not essential
- FANUC experience would be advantageous
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Experience within precision engineering/manufacturing.
- CAD/CAM experience would be beneficial but isn’t essential.
- A strong Mill-Turn Setter/Operator may also be considered where they have the technical ability to develop further.

- Circa £42,000-£45,000 / £21-£23 per hour (Depending on shift)
- Flexibility for days or rotating earlies/lates
- Occasional overtime opportunities.
