CNC Programmer Setter Operator (Mazatrol) Due to an increase in orders our client is looking to recruit a skilled 3 Axis CNC Miller Programmer Setter Operator on a fixed term contract for 3 months. The candidate will play a pivotal role in the manufacturing process, ensuring that components are produced to the highest standards of quality and precision. The ideal candidate will have experince producgin simple programmes/ editing programmes on CNC Millers using Mazatrol controls. CNC Programmer Setter Operator (Mazatrol) * Program/ Editing using Mazatrol controls * Setup and operate the Milling Machine efficiently * Monitor Milling machines and oversee work in progress. * Ensure manufacturing activities adhere to agreed quality standards and documentation. * Conduct in-process quality assurance checks, including first-off inspection. * Report any operational or maintenance issues to the team leader. * Collaborate effectively within a team environment to achieve best results. * Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the work area. CNC Programmer Setter Operator (Mazatrol) * Proficiency in setting and running Milling Machine. * Ability to interpret engineering drawings accurately. * Familiarity with CNC programs (ISO or Mazatrol) * Competence in operating inspection and measuring equipment. * Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to changes. * Ability to work independently and meet critical deadlines. * Commitment to producing work of the highest quality. * Excellent teamwork and communication skills. * Positive attitude, flexibility, and willingness to tackle challenges.
