Operating out of a state of the art facility, we are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in operating CNC machinery. This role is essential for ensuring the precision and quality of our fabricated components, contributing to the overall success of our manufacturing processes.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • To set and produce high quality manufactured parts in a timely and safety conscious way.
  • Work from drawings with a variety of materials and manufacturing processes.
  • Set and operate CNC & manual machinery plus a wide variety of hand tools.
  • Work independently or as part of a team.
  • Perform total preventative maintenance.
  • Communicate effectively with CNC operators, supervisors and manufacturing manager to ensure smooth workflow.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
  • System requirements: Fanuc, G‑codes.
  • Knowledge of feeds and speeds for various materials.
  • Knowledge of measuring tools (steel rules, tape measures, callipers, gages, micrometres).
  • Knowledge of all G‑code commands to perform minor modifications on machines if required and ensure compliance to all specifications for all finished components.

  • Work schedule: Monday - Thursday 7.00am - 4.00pm / Friday 7.00am - 12.00pm
  • Job Types: Full‑time, Permanent
