CNC 5 Axis Setter Operator *Opportunities for training on various CNC Machines including 5 Axis/ MultiAxis *Opportunities for CADCAM/ Offline programming training *Opportunities for CNC Setting training The ideal candidate will be confident setting and operating CNC machines ideally with some programme editing experience. A keen eye for detail and great mechanical aptitude are also essential. Training and support will be given by friendly, supportive and skilled CNC Engineers. Our client produces interesting Low volume and prototype work for a range of industries. A state of the art modern facility with a up to date machinery, this is a great opportunity to progress your skillset CNC 5 Axis Setter Operator * Setting and operating CNC Milling machines * Editing programmes at the machine * Shadowing engineers learning to programme at the machine * Set and operate 3/4 Axis machines * Setting and operating 5 axis machines (Training can be given) * Strong understanding of engineering drawings * Prepare and load materials and parts onto the machines * Prepare a test run to check if the machines produce outputs according to specifications * Supervise the machines while they execute the tasks and make any necessary adjustments to produce a better result * Inspect and measure finished products and compare them with requirements CNC 5 Axis Setter Operator * £32,000-£38,000 per annum (Including Overtime opportunities) * Training and Progression opportunities * Days Monday to Friday / Lunch time finish Friday * 31 days holiday * Pension Scheme
