As an Area Specification Manager in the South East region, you will be responsible for:
- Technical and commercial consulting of architects, focusing on the Fermacell range and supporting contractors through the building process in the dry lining / timber frame sector.
- Collaborating with other UK Teams and promoting the full JH range including Hardie Façade.
- Establishing and maintaining strategic partnerships and growing the project pipeline.
- Acquisition of new customers (search and evaluation of potential objects) and competition monitoring.
You should have completed a technical/engineering degree or comparable training with several years of professional experience as well as sound knowledge in the field of building materials (drywall or facade). You enjoy working in a team and are willing to travel. Commitment to the corporate culture, vision, mission and values are natural for you.
