To strengthen our team, we are looking for an Area Specification Manager Commercial – South East in full-time and unlimited for the South East region.
- Technical and commercial consulting of architects, focusing on the Fermacell range and supporting contractors through the building process in the dry lining / timber frame sector.
- Collaborating with other UK Teams and promoting the full JH range including Hardie Façade.
- Processing and preparation of specifications, detailed technical solutions, etc.
- Establishing and maintaining strategic partnerships and growing the project pipeline.
- Active customer advice and support in all key matters, as well as instruction and verification of the work of processors.
- Participation in regional and national construction and trade fairs.
- Acquisition of new customers (search and evaluation of potential objects), competition monitoring (incl. market analyses and observations) and trend analyses.

- Smart? You have completed a technical/engineering degree or comparable training with several years of professional experience as well as sound knowledge in the field of building materials (drywall or façade).
