Customer Service Advisor (m/f/d)

fulltime role at our office in Sutton Coldfield, UK Head Office .

Your tasks

  • Order processing (SAP) including planning and organizing the logistics
  • Enquiries over the phone and per email from partner and end user
  • Customer and master data maintenance for national and international partners
  • Processing of customer complaints and credit notes
  • Contact person for our UK sales team and central functions
  • Department-related tasks or projects as required
