As an Area Sales Manager Residential for the East Anglia region (located within Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire or Essex), you will focus on our cladding products and be responsible for generating demand and growing our category and market share within the new build residential sector.
- Establishing and maintaining strategic partnerships in the residential housing sectors such as architects, national, regional and local house builders, and other relevant partners and decision-makers in the facade construction industry (e.g. timber frame builders).
You have a minimum of five years sales experience with a proven track record in business development. Experience in the building industry is preferred but not essential. You are strongly biased towards implementation and sales growth and have the ability to influence across the whole of the business. You possess strong administrative skills including CRM.
You’re able to execute transformational sales processes and are comfortable with the changing demands of the marketplace. Commitment to the corporate culture, vision, mission, and values are natural for you.
