To strengthen our team, we are looking for an Area Specification Manager Commercial - South East in fulltime and unlimited for the South East region.

Your tasks:

  • Technical and commercial consulting of architects, focusing on the Fermacell range and supporting contractors through the building process in the dry lining / timber frame sector.
  • Collaborating with other UK Teams and promoting the full JH range including Hardie Façade.
  • Processing and preparation of specifications, detailed technical solutions, etc.
  • Establishing and maintaining strategic partnerships and growing the project pipeline.
  • Active customer advice and support in all key matters, as well as instruction and verification of the work of processors.
  • Participation in regional and national construction and trade fairs.
  • Acquisition of new customers (search and evaluation of potential objects), competition monitoring (incl. market analyses and observations) and trend analyses.

You are...

  • Smart? You have completed a technical/engineering degree or comparable training with several years of professional experience as well as sound knowledge in the field of building materials (drywall or façade).

You’ve got a highly motivated mindset as well as the ability to set the right priorities quickly and also adjust them. You enjoy working in a team and are willing to travel.
