More About the Role
As Store Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of the store including motivating and training your team, enhancing customer satisfaction and leading the team to ensure the financial success of the business. In this varied role, we expect you to lead by example and be a real hands-on manager by developing your team and ensuring your own development is fully explored.
Here’s What You Can Expect to be Doing
- Control costs
- Maximise sales and profits
- Maintain security within the store according to Company procedures
- Maintain store standards including customer service, health and safety, and food and hygiene
- Ensure legal compliance according to Company personnel policies and procedures
- Maintain and update administration in accordance with existing procedures
