Hours of work: 24 hours

As a Multi-Skilled Retail Assistant, you’ll be an essential part of both the shop floor and our food-to-go offering. From serving customers on the till to preparing fresh hot food in the kitchen or supporting the deli counter, you’ll help deliver a great all-round experience in store. This is a varied and fast-paced role where you’ll support different areas of the business, ensuring shelves are stocked, food is fresh and ready, and every customer leaves satisfied.

Here’s What You Can Expect to be Doing:

  • Delivering excellent customer service across the store, including till operation
  • Preparing and cooking hot food products in line with company standards
  • Serving customers at hot food or deli counters in a friendly and professional way
  • Replenishing stock and maintaining availability across the shop floor
  • Keeping displays, counters, and food areas clean, stocked, and visually appealing
  • Following food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures at all times
  • Supporting with deliveries, stock rotation, and reducing waste
  • Working as part of the wider store team to keep everything running smoothly
