James Hall & Co. Ltd. is seeking a passionate Recruitment & Onboarding Advisor to support our retail division across Preston. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process, collaborating with store managers to attract, recruit and onboard great people in a fast-paced environment. Based at our headquarters and SPAR Distribution Centre, this role offers 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with an emphasis on delivering an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience.
