More About the Role
We're seeking dedicated Retail & Deli Assistants to join our team at our SPAR Derwent store (CA12 4JP). We train our Retail Assistants to be cross‑skilled across all areas of the shop, ensuring a versatile and adaptive approach to daily tasks.
Here’s What You Can Expect to be Doing
- Maximise sales by delivering excellent customer service.
- Till operation and cash handling.
- Controlling and replenishing stock levels.
- Maintaining security within the store according to Company procedures.
- Preparing and baking our wonderfully tasty range of products.
- Making sure our products are readily available for our customers.
- Adhering to food safety requirements including allergens, labelling and audits.
