Hours of work: 38 hours per week Monday to Thursday 8:00am - 4:30pm / Friday 8:00am - 3:45pm

About the Role
We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic Coordinator to join our Maintenance Department at our depot in Preston.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities for manufacturing equipment and facility systems.
- Schedule maintenance work orders and track completion.
- Monitor maintenance performance, equipment downtime, and maintenance costs.
- Coordinate external contractors and service providers, ensuring work is completed safely and according to company standards.
- Maintain records of inspections, maintenance activities, permits, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Support inventory management of spare parts, maintenance supplies, and consumables.
- Collaborate with departmental management, production, engineering, and quality teams to prioritise maintenance activities.
- Assist in developing and updating maintenance procedures, schedules, and documentation.
- Prepare maintenance reports, KPIs, and budget tracking information for management review.
Qualifications & Skills
- Conversant with FMCG/Building Services Sector.
- Strong organisational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Flexible and open minded, able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Honesty, punctuality and commitment.
- Excellent IT skills, using Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Understanding of GDPR requirements.
- Conversant with technical requirements demanded by the role.
- CMMS experience advantageous.
