Salary: £12.25 p/h

and Blackburn Rovers as well as Premier League clubs Everton and Liverpool. We also supply to over 300 customers through our van
sales and as members of the James Hall & Co. family, our products are in over 400 SPAR stores across the north of England.

About the Role
Working in the manufacturing department producing our savoury products, you’ll get hands-on experience alongside the
Warehouse/Stores Manager. You’ll cover their duties while they’re on leave and help out in production when needed. You’ll also
follow Health and Food Safety guidelines and handle any Quality & Technical audit tasks.
Here is What You Can Expect to be Doing
* Working with the Warehouse and Production Manager on weekly stock checks and organising freezer and fridge stock.
* Quality checking raw products and updating goods in/out using our computer system.
* Recording and reducing waste and improving recycling.
* Maintaining Food Safety and Hygiene standards.
* Supporting production needs at our neighbouring bakery in Huncoat.
* Making sure stock is ordered as needed.
* Following all Health and Safety regulations.
* Helping out in production as required.

* Experience of working within a similar role is desirable
* Forklift Truck (FLT) experience or previous license.
* Knowledge of Food Safety and Quality Hygiene standards.
* Ability to work in a safe manner and consider the safety of others
* Reliability – supplying to other departments and sites
* Trustworthiness – able to work independently or as part of a team.
* Willing to work a flexible shift pattern which would include bank holidays
