Clayton Park Bakery are a proud supplier of match day food to a number of football clubs in the region such as Preston North End,
Accrington Stanley and Blackburn Rovers as well as Premier League clubs Everton and Liverpool ensuring all match day fans the
opportunity to sample our amazing products. As members of the James Hall & Co. family, we also supply our products to over 500
SPAR stores across the north of England.

About the Role
To work within a multi skilled team of bakery assistants to manufacture our range of bread and confectionary products to produce
quality bakery items and maintain the high level of customer satisfaction currently being achieved.
Here is What You Can Expect to be Doing
* Perform cleaning duties as per daily schedules and training guidelines.
* Maintain hygiene standards and follow cleaning specifications.
* Report health and safety hazards to the appropriate officer.
* Safely operate machinery (floor cleaners, foaming machines) after training.
* Clean equipment, fixtures, and areas at the end of shifts.
* Dispose of waste and recycling during and after shifts.
* Use and store chemicals safely.
* Set up rooms for the night shift to minimise delays.
* Assist with tray washing and jet washing equipment as needed.
* Always wear appropriate PPE and adhere to safe working practices.
* Undertake reasonable duties to support business operations.
