About the Role

Our Supervisors are a key part of managing our stores and leading our teams. We’re looking for people who can create an environment where colleagues are supported, motivated, and able to perform at their best.

Here’s What You Can Expect to be Doing

  • Leading and motivating your team to deliver outstanding customer service
  • Taking responsibility for the store in the absence of the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager
  • Leading by example to ensure all store standards, including customer service, health & safety, and food hygiene, are maintained
  • Updating and maintaining store audits and administrative procedures

Being a Supervisor requires you to balance several responsibilities at once. We need someone who can support the Store Manager, inspire the team, and ensure daily operations run smoothly. Our ideal person would also:
