About the Role
To be responsible for ensuring specific purchase ledger suppliers within the wholesale division of the business are paid accurately and to specified payment terms as agreed with our suppliers.
Here’s What You Can Expect to be Doing
The role will be varied and you will help us cover a wide range of priorities including supplier statement reconciliation, setting up new suppliers and making payments via Bacs and CHAPS. Other duties will include:
- Matching of invoices to purchase orders and delivery notes via both the Imscan system and manually
- Identifying and resolving discrepancies prior to payments to suppliers
- Liaising with suppliers regarding disputed claims together with other departments of the Company
- Posting/Allocating payments
