Contract Type:Permanent
Hours of work:Full & part time hours available
Location: SPAR Bowness, Rayrigg Road, Bowness-on-Windermere, Cumbria, LA23 3DN
Salary: £12.25 per hour
Through our company owned stores division, G&E Murgatroyd, we are excited to announce the opening of our latest store, SPAR Bowness.
As an established high street butchers with over 40 years of serving communities in the with high quality produce, Graham Eyes High Class Butchers are proud to be part of the James Hall & Co. family.
About the Role
If you want to build a career within a secure and stable company, learn a new skill and have progression routes available to you, then becoming a Meat Counter Assistant at Graham Eyes could be for you.
We are looking for hard working individuals who want to learn how to become a Butcher and the first step is to join us on the meat counter!
Here’s What You Can Expect to be Doing
From day one, you will receive full training and support to develop in your role. Your duties will be varied but will mainly include;
- Food preparation
- Date Coding
- Temperature Checks
