Are you an experienced Sub Agent seeking a new challenge? James Gray Recruitment are actively recruiting a Sub Agent on behalf of one of our key civil engineering clients for work across Glasgow.
Our client:
- A well-established Scottish civil engineering contractor known for their delivery of rail related civil's infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day site activities, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Coordinate subcontractors, engineers and site teams to ensure efficient project delivery.
- Monitor progress against project milestones, identifying and resolving any issues.
- Ensure all work is completed in line with design specifications and regulations.
What you will need to be successful:
- A degree or HNC/HND in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a Sub Agent or similar role within civil engineering.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage site teams effectively.
- Experience of working on large-scale infrastructure projects.
- A full UK driving license.
