Site Manager

Calling all Site Managers! James Gray Recruitment are actively seeking a Site Manager on behalf of one of our key clients a well-respected civil engineering contractor for projects across Scotland.

Our client:

• A well-respected and successful, civil engineering contractor with a great pipeline of work are looking for talented and ambitious individuals to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and deliver site activities in line with project requirements.

• Lead site teams and subcontractors to ensure quality, safety, and efficiency.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

• Provide technical guidance and resolve on-site challenges.

What you will need to be successful:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager within civil engineering projects.
• Rail experience preferred but other civil engineering backgrounds will be considered.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• Relevant qualifications (e.g., HND, HNC, or degree in Civil Engineering).
• Must be comfortable with travel and shift work.

What’s in it for you?

• An annual salary of up to approx. £57,000 depending on experience
