Requirements
- Proven Quantity Surveying experience within civils, ideally with exposure to concrete repair, strengthening or post‑tensioning projects.
- Strong understanding of contract administration and commercial management.
- Working knowledge of NEC and/or JCT contract forms.
- Experience managing subcontractor accounts, valuations and final accounts.
- Strong cost reporting, forecasting and CVR (cost value reconciliation) experience.
- Confident liaising directly with clients, main contractors and site teams.
- Sound understanding of measurement and estimating for civils/structural works.
- Relevant industry qualifications/chartership (RICS or ICE) preferred, though not essential.
- Full UK driving licence (site visits may be required).
- Strong communication, negotiation and commercial awareness skills.
