Senior Quantity Surveyor

We are collaborating with a leading utilities partnership delivering essential water and wastewater infrastructure across Scotland. Their projects encompass the design, construction, and refurbishment of water networks and pumping stations, contributing significantly to Scotland\βs water infrastructure.
They are currently seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Glasgow, where you will play a pivotal role in managing costs and contracts for critical water sector projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the commercial management of projects, including cost control, forecasting, and reporting.
- Prepare valuations, manage subcontractor contracts, and oversee procurement processes.
- Collaborate with project teams to identify and manage commercial risks and opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with contract terms and company policies.
- Support project delivery by maintaining strong client and supplier relationships.
Requirements:
