Senior Quantity Surveyor β Major Refurbishment Project | Highlands
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a leading main contractor on a Β£13 million refurbishment project based in the Scottish Highlands.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the commercial aspects of the project from pre-construction through to final accounts, working closely with the wider project and client teams to ensure cost control, contract compliance, and successful delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all commercial activities across the project lifecycle
- Prepare and manage valuations, variations, and final accounts
- Ensure contract compliance (NEC, JCT, SBCC)
- Provide cost advice and reporting to senior stakeholders
- Manage subcontractor procurement and payments
