We are currently recruiting for an experienced Planner to join one of Scotland’s most well-established and reputable contractors. This company has a long-standing history of delivering high-quality building projects and is known for its exceptional staff retention. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead planning activities on projects from the initial tender stage through to project delivery and handover, managing projects valued up to £10 million.
- Update weekly productivity plans in line with the construction programme and monitor progress using Smartsheets developed for key work packages.
- Produce live reports to ensure that the project programme is being achieved by all project delivery teams.
- Identify and report on trends within the construction programme to both internal and external stakeholders.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- Proven experience as a Planner, ideally within the construction industry.
- Experience working on both public and private sector projects is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in using planning software such as Primavera P6.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex planning challenges effectively.
