We’re partnered with a leading engineering and construction firm renowned for delivering complex infrastructure, data centre, and building services projects. This role focuses on planning and managing the mechanical, electrical, and public health (MEP) components of major construction programmes.
What You’ll Be Doing
Develop, monitor, and manage MEP programmes across all project phases—from pre-construction through commissioning.
Lead planning activities including scheduling, risk mitigation, feedback loops, and performance forecasting.
Ensure programmes comply with project requirements and enable efficient sequencing of construction strategies.
Analyse performance data, advise project teams on forecasted impacts, and recommend improvements.
What You’ll Bring
Proven experience in MEP planning on large or complex construction projects.
Strong digital skills including modelling, 4D planning, and expertise in tools like Asta Powerproject and Primavera P6.
Ability to produce logical, robust, and efficient programmes, including bid-phase planning.
Good understanding of MEP systems and installation methods.
