Key Responsibilities
- Full commercial management of projects ranging from £10k–£3m
- Applications for payment, take-offs, and general cost management
- Site visits to monitor progress and ensure high-quality delivery
- Working closely with senior colleagues to manage project budgets and schedules
- Building strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Supporting team efficiency while working autonomously
Project Scope
- Structural works, joinery, ceilings, partitions, and finishes
- Typical projects include ceilings and partitions across both refurbishment and new-build sectors
- Regular site visits required, with office-based work alongside senior colleagues
About You
- Project QS to Senior level with demonstrable experience
- Confident, proactive, and able to work independently
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
Requirements
- Proven experience in project quantity surveying within a main contractor or subcontractor environment
- Knowledge of commercial management processes, applications for payment, and take-offs
- Ability to work 5 days per week in the office, with regular travel to sites
