A leading refurbishment and fit-out subcontractor is looking for a Project Manager to join their expanding team. This role has come about due to the company’s impressive growth and success following several framework award wins.
As a Project Manager, you’ll oversee projects within education and defence frameworks throughout the Central Belt of Scotland. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards, while working closely with design and commercial teams to meet client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage projects within the education and defence sectors
- Collaborate with design and commercial teams to ensure seamless project delivery
- Oversee budget forecasting, monitoring, and regular reporting
- Ensure project execution aligns with client objectives, specifications, and timelines
