We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic team.
This role is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with up to two years' experience to build a rewarding career in mechanical engineering while contributing to innovative projects in the UK Engineering Design and Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) sectors.

Responsibilities
- Assist in the design, development, and implementation of mechanical systems and solutions for MEP projects.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary design teams to create innovative, sustainable, and cost-effective solutions for clients.
- Conduct calculations and simulations to ensure mechanical systems meet performance, safety, environmental, and client requirements.
- Prepare and review technical documentation, including drawings, schematics, and reports, using UK engineering design standards.
- Contribute to feasibility studies, concept designs, and detailed engineering designs for projects in residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.
- Participate in client meetings to gather project requirements and ensure alignment with their goals.
- Develop an understanding of building codes, regulations, and standards relevant to mechanical design in the UK, with mentorship and guidance from senior engineers.
- Provide technical support during project construction, troubleshooting, and commissioning.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in mechanical engineering and sustainable design.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely-related discipline.
- Familiarity with Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems and principles.
- Knowledge of UK engineering design standards and building regulations is preferred (additional training can be provided).
- Proficiency in relevant software, such as Auto CAD, Revit, Solid Works, or similar engineering tools.
- Strong technical and analytical skills, with the ability to solve complex problems methodically.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders.
- A proactive and adaptable mindset, with a strong desire to learn and grow professionally.
- Demonstrated ability to manage time and prioritize competing deadlines.
