James Gray are excited to be recruiting a Freelance Commercial Quantity Surveyor for a specialist sub contractor based in the Lanarkshire area. Initial 3 month contract in a fast paced office with potential for longer term work. Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. Hourly rate dependent on experience. Start date: ASAP

Ideal experience:

  • Proven experience as a QS, ideally from a fit out background.
  • Knowledge of commercial contracts such as NEC / JCT or SCBB.
