The Role
They are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to join their team. This is a hands-on role overseeing the full lifecycle of specialist projects — from planning through to successful delivery. The successful candidate will coordinate teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of a wide range of projects
- Develop and maintain project programmes and schedules
- Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and resource allocation
- Conduct site inspections and ensure quality standards are maintained
- Resolve project issues efficiently and proactively
- Ensure compliance with health & safety and industry regulations
- Provide regular progress updates to clients and senior management
- Support procurement, logistics, and material coordination
The Person
- Proven experience in Project Management within construction
- Strong planning, organisational, and communication skills
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of logistics coordination and expediting processes
- Familiarity with inspection procedures and quality control standards
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience in curtain walling, structural glazing, or commercial glazing is highly desirable
- Relevant qualification in Construction, Engineering, Project Management, or similar preferred
- Professional certifications are advantageous
