We are looking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor to take commercial lead on key projects within our growing portfolio. This is a predominantly office‑based role offering responsibility across multiple schemes and the opportunity to play a key role in project delivery and team development.
Key Responsibilities
- Full commercial responsibility for projects from pre‑construction to final account
- Leading subcontractor procurement and commercial management
- Cost planning, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Managing valuations, variations, and contractual matters
- Identifying and managing commercial risks
- Liaising with clients and senior stakeholders
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor or an experienced QS ready to step up
- Strong background working for a main contractor
