Our client is a major housebuilder with an enviable reputation for quality in build and people. They value collaboration, teamwork and have a strong stance on the wellbeing of their employees. Based in West Lothian, you will play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of the site from start through to completion. You will help ensure programme deadlines, quality standards and cost targets are met, while assisting with the day-to-day coordination of site activity, subcontractors and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Site Manager with the overall organisation and progress of works on site, helping to achieve programme, quality and cost objectives.
- Support the coordination of subcontractors, direct labour and materials to ensure the build programme stays on track.
- Work closely with the Sales Team by attending regular Sales/Build meetings, following agreed procedures, and ensuring show homes are inspected and maintained to a high standard.
- Take on additional responsibilities as required by the Site Manager, including stepping in as deputy when needed.
- Help ensure the construction team is appropriately resourced, well managed and clear on responsibilities, with support provided through communication, guidance and ongoing development.
- Contribute to delivering an excellent customer experience, ensuring service standards align with company expectations.
