Our client, an established contractor, is seeking a driven and experienced professional to oversee the successful delivery of a major construction and refurbishment scheme. This role offers the opportunity to play a pivotal role in managing works from initial mobilisation through to completion.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise all on-site activities to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Manage subcontractors, trades, suppliers, and site resources.
  • Ensure programme milestones and budget objectives are achieved.
  • Uphold health, safety, environmental, and quality standards across the project.
  • Monitor workmanship and compliance with technical specifications.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, consultants, and internal teams.
  • Identify and resolve site challenges to keep the project progressing smoothly.

Qualifications
