Delivering product demonstrations, understanding client payroll requirements, supporting proposals and managing the full client journey from sale through to implementation and go-live.
Leading onboarding projects, configuring workplace pension schemes and salary exchange, supporting migrations and working closely with pension providers and internal teams.
Building long-term relationships with partners, delivering training, supporting referrals and identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts.
Acting as a trusted technical advisor, providing onboarding support, client training and helping customers maximise the value of the platform while driving process improvements and automation initiatives.
Ideal Candidate
Experience within the payroll software industry, ideally in an implementation role.
