We are currently recruiting for a detail-driven and analytical Rewards Specialist to join a growing organisation based in Bournemouth. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong data skills and a solid understanding of reward processes to play a key role in shaping and supporting compensation and benefits strategies. You will work closely with HR and Finance teams, providing insights and ensuring reward frameworks are competitive, compliant, and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the design and delivery of compensation and benefits programmes
  • Analyse reward data to provide insights and support decision-making
  • Maintain and update salary benchmarking and market data
  • Assist with annual salary review and bonus processes
  • Ensure reward practices are aligned with company policies and market trends
  • Support reporting and data analysis using advanced Excel techniques
  • Collaborate with payroll to ensure accurate processing of reward-related changes
