Payroll Supervisor

• Collaborate closely with our accounting, audit, and tax teams, with occasional administrative support as needed.
• Assist in the preparation and processing of weekly and monthly payrolls for a diverse client base.
• Ensure clients remain fully compliant with statutory obligations, including PAYE/NIC, pensions, and other legal requirements.
• Operate and manage payroll processes using BrightPay payroll software.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding and proven experience in payroll processing.
• Exhibit high levels of computer literacy and confidence in using various software tools.
• Deliver outstanding client service and work effectively as part of a collaborative team environment.

The ideal candidate:

• 4+ years payroll experience. 
• Previous experience in a similar position within an accountancy firm. 
• Experience processing client payrolls. 
• Experience working also multiple payrolls. 
• End to end payroll experience. 
• Strong systems and computer skills. 
• Personable and good communication skills.
