As a Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the complete payroll process for a wide range of clients. This role offers the flexibility to work mostly from home, with only one day per week required in the office.    Key Responsibilities: Oversee all payroll functions, including statutory payments, deductions, auto-enrollment, payment processing, and year-end reporting. Process payroll for a diverse client base, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant legislation. Maintain accurate payroll records and resolve any discrepancies. Provide exceptional client service by promptly and professionally addressing payroll-related queries. Stay updated on changes in payroll legislation to ensure continuous compliance with all processes. Collaborate effectively with the team and provide support to colleagues as needed. Requirements: In-depth understanding of payroll and auto-enrollment legislation and processes. Strong knowledge of IRIS (STAR) payroll software is highly preferred.
