Key Responsibilities

  • Process end-to-end weekly and monthly payrolls for a portfolio of clients
  • Maintain accurate payroll records and employee data
  • Liaise directly with clients, HMRC, and pension providers regarding payroll queries
  • Complete RTI submissions and Auto Enrolment administration
  • Prepare year-end payroll routines and statutory returns
  • Process Direct BACS payroll payments
  • Support CIS tax deducted returns and related submissions
  • Ensure payroll deadlines and compliance requirements are consistently met
  • Provide support to colleagues across the wider business on payroll matters

The Ideal Candidate

  • Minimum 3 years’ payroll experience
  • Previous experience within payroll bureau or accountancy practice desirable
