Senior HR Advisor to join their dynamic team in Manchester.
This generalist role offers broad exposure across the HR spectrum, supporting a high-growth environment.
You’ll be responsible for delivering day-to-day HR operations, advising on employee relations (ER) matters, and providing key support on M&A integration projects.
Provide HR advice and support to managers and employees across the business.
Manage and resolve a range of employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with employment law and company policies.
Support the implementation and integration of HR processes during M&A activity.
Assist with talent management, performance reviews, and employee engagement initiatives.
Maintain HR systems and ensure accurate employee records.
Contribute to continuous improvement of HR practices and policies.
Solid generalist HR experience in a fast-paced environment.
Experience supporting M&A or organisational change projects (desirable).
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
