A strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing a national payroll function across a large, multi-client and multi-location environment. You’ll lead the payroll operating model across UK and offshore teams, driving transformation, scalability, and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and shape the national payroll strategy and operating model
  • Oversee high-volume, multi-client payroll delivery across UK and offshore teams
  • Drive transformation initiatives including automation, digitisation, and offshoring
  • Manage relationships with payroll providers, offshore teams, and system vendors
