Job Description Job Title: Senior Payroll Administrator Hybrid: 3 days office, 2 home; initial 5 days in office for Contract: Permanent This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Payroll Administrator to join a collaborative and supportive payroll payrolls end-to-end. You’ll take ownership of your own client payroll portfolio, strong development opportunities within a fast-paced environment. Process payrolls for a portfolio of clients, ensuring accuracy Handle PAYE/NIC calculations and BACS payments Manage payroll queries from clients and internal stakeholders Liaise with HMRC regarding PAYE matters Support the setup of new PAYE schemes and payroll systems Maintain accurate records and workflow updates within payroll Assist with process improvements and ad hoc payroll tasks Minimum 5 years’ payroll experience, ideally within an accountancy or bureau environment Strong understanding of auto-enrolment and payroll legislation Confident in manual payroll calculations (PAYE/NIC) Excellent communication and Excel skills Experience with payroll systems (e.g. opportunity for all applications regardless of age, disability, ***, We are a specialist Payroll and HR recruitment set out the basis on which any personal data we collect from you
