Responsibilities:
- Coordinating Meetings & Calendars: Proactively schedule and organise meetings, ensuring efficient calendar management and minimal conflicts for all attendees.
- Document Preparation & Administration: Prepare, format, and distribute key documents and paperwork ahead of meetings, including agendas, reports, and follow-up materials.
- Multitasking & Prioritisation: Effectively juggle competing tasks and shifting deadlines, demonstrating strong time management and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders, building strong relationships and ensuring smooth collaboration across teams.
- HR Understanding: A basic awareness of HR processes—such as onboarding, absence management, or policy support—would be beneficial, but is not essential for success in the role.
