About the Business
A rapidly growing international organisation operating across the UK and Europe. Following significant European expansion over the last 12–18 months, they're building their first in-house international payroll function, creating an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to shape payroll processes in a scaling business.
The Role
This is a newly created standalone International Payroll Specialist position with responsibility for European payroll operations. Payroll is currently outsourced across each country, and you'll oversee vendor management, compliance and payroll delivery while helping bring more payroll activities in-house as the business continues to grow.
The role currently covers payroll across Finland, the Netherlands, Ireland and Norway, with future expansion planned into Denmark, Germany and Spain. Finland is the priority country, although candidates with broader European payroll experience across one or more of the key countries will also be considered.
This is an autonomous role suited to someone who enjoys building processes, working independently.
